How to Draw a Cookie in 3 Steps
Learn to Draw a Cookie in 3 Easy Steps
Are you here because you want to learn how to draw a cookie? If so, then I’ve got good news for you.
Because today…
I’m going to teach you how to draw one with only 3 simple steps. So keep reading and pretty soon you’ll be able to draw cookies with your eyes closed.
The final cookie drawing:

Step 1: Draw a Circle
Simple and easy are the main focus of all my drawing tutorials. We keep things simple and easy by using simple shapes. The main body of our cookie will just be a circle. If this is giving you trouble and you need some practice with basic shapes, check out how to draw a cube, how to draw a sphere, or how to draw a cone.

Step 2: Give the Cookie Some Chocolate Chips
Next we’re gonna give this cookie some chocolate chips. Chocolate chips are literally just more circles. So just draw some more of those. Randomly scatter some circles across the cookie. Make sure to vary the size a little bit, and let some overlap the outline.

Step 3: Add Details to the Cookie
We’re basically done. I just added some scratches and random dots to give the cookie drawing some texture and visual interest. See, I told you it would be easy.

Bonus Step: Shade and Highlight the Cookie
If you wanna go the extra mile and color and shade the cookie, you get bonus points. Just pick some cookie colors, then do the shadows and highlights.

If you actually read this, that’s cool! If you only looked at the pictures, that’s cool too. I appreciate your time either way. I hope this tutorial helped you learn how to draw a cookie.
